I Love From Memory- New Paintings, Woodburns, and Books

Nate Orton began working as a place based artist early in his practice by drawing, painting and making zines along creeks, rivers and canyons in North Central Idaho.  Now in Milwaukie, Oregon, Nate regularly walks his suburbs, capturing the oftentimes surreal situations he stumbles upon.

PICTURES OF YOU is a a self-portrait painting exhibition guest curated by our dear friend Ryan Bubnis.

Featuring 13 Portland artists all responding to the question: What does it mean to be an artist and image-maker in a time of economic uncertainty, violence, and political chaos?
